  Flanged Tower Hinge Assembly
This accessory consists of two square hinged flanges that are bolted to the
in ground 3" dia. 150# ASA flange and the tower gun flange. By unbolting
the square flanges, the unit becomes a hinge allowing the tower gun
assembly to be lowered down.
